Privacy notice
BVT Tuning, 44 Igdalig St, Quezon City, collects the details you send through this website. This notice explains what we collect and why, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
What we collect
- Booking requests: the services you pick, your car (make, model, year), preferred dates and time, your mobile number, and optionally your name and what's happening with the car.
- Contact and part enquiries: your message, the part or car you ask about, your mobile number, and optionally your name and email.
- Trade enquiries: your business name, what you need, a rough quantity, your mobile number, and optionally an email and a message.
We don't ask for your plate number, VIN or home address on the website.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, confirm a visit or quote, and do the work you agree to. This is processing needed for steps you ask for before a contract (DPA Sec. 12(b)). We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell or share them.
Who sees it
BVT Tuning staff who handle bookings and enquiries, through our website admin and our inbox at sales@bvttuning.ph. Only admin accounts can open form submissions.
How long we keep it
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising or analytics trackers. A cookie is only set when staff log in to the admin or preview drafts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object to how they're used, or withdraw a request. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
