Red brake caliper and disc fitted on a Toyota Supra

Big brake kits

A big brake kit swaps in bigger calipers and discs. The car stops more steadily, and the brakes cope better with heat from repeated hard stops.

Street or track?

  • Street: a kit that brakes well from cold and stays quiet in traffic.
  • Track: a kit built to handle heat from lap after lap, often with different pads.

Tell us how you use the car and we'll suggest what suits it.

Wheel clearance

Bigger calipers need room behind the spokes. We check that the kit clears your wheels before you order. See forged rims if you're changing wheels too.

Upkeep

Pads and discs wear like any brakes. Ask us how often to check them for the kit you choose.

What's included

  • A fitment and wheel clearance check
  • Fitting, bleeding and a brake test
  • Pad and disc checks at later visits

How it works

We inspect, explain, and you approve before any work starts.

Common questions

Do I need a big brake kit?

Not every car does. If your brakes fade after a few hard stops, or you're adding power, it's worth talking through.
